Are you a skilled worker looking to come to the UK?

This Visa allows workers to come to the UK to do a job thats on the list of eligible occupations. In order to qualify for this Visa your employer has to be approved by the Home Office and provide a certificate of sponsorship confirming your role.

This visa has replaced the Tier 2 (General) work visa.

It is important to remember that you must demonstrate a good understanding of verbal and written English.

If you are successful in your application and granted this Visa it can last for up to 5 years before you need to look to extend it. If you have all the correct documentation, you can usually get a decision in 3 to 8 weeks depending on whether you are inside or outside the UK when making an application. (It tends to be a quicker decision if you are outside the UK)
